For this purpose, we are guided by the Tension model of the functioning of the locomotor system, which, as an original contribution to physiotherapy, we designed and developed precisely in Scipion. It allows us to detect local and distant causes of a painful condition or injury, and to treat not only the consequences, but also the established causes.

We are of the opinion that without direct mechanical intervention, either in the form of manual therapy (mobilization or manipulation of joints and soft tissues), or an active pocket typical of exercise, it is not possible to approach the rehabilitation of most pathological conditions that we encounter in everyday practice. In this sense, the Tension Model leads us in the direction that makes possible a focused and maximally individualized therapeutic intervention for each patient and his disorder in particular.
